See Komodo dragons in Indonesia

Indonesia is one of the most fascinating areas of Southeast Asia, especially if you love animals. Komodo dragons are the world’s largest lizards and they are a fascinating creature to see in the wild at Komodo National Park. The park is made up of 29 island with Komodo Island, Rinca Island, and Padar Island being the largest. It is best that you see the Komodo dragons as part of a group with a guide because the lizards have been known to attack humans. You can take boat cruises through the area that last several days or just go on a one day excursion. The area is also known for its abundant marine life and is a great place for snorkelling and scuba diving.

The Amazon Rainforest

Visiting the Amazon Rainforest is a highlight of any trip to Peru. The Rainforest is home to thousands of species of flora and fauna that cannot be seen anywhere else in the world. Safari in Botswana

Botswana is a wonderful place to go on a safari. There are two national parks: Chobe National Park and Moremi Game Reserve and many private reserves as well. The two national parks are cheaper but they have more restrictions. You can’t drive at night, there are no walking tours and you can’t drive off the road. The private reserves have less restriction but cost a lot more. No matter which route you decide to take you will have a pretty good chance of seeing amazing animals in the wild like zebras, lions, leopards, giraffes, impalas, elephants, and ostriches.

Morocco’s Mountains

The Atlas Mountains are stunning and they can be reached inn about 12 hours from Marrakech. Jebel Toubkal Ascent is the tallest peak in North Africa and it is a challenging climb so you should be in good shape before attempting it. The view from the summit is fabulous and the trail is filled with amazing views. You can also visit Berber villages and see a setting where life has not changed much over the past few hundred years.
