When Marissa, Christine and I first went to Skógafoss Waterfall it was bitter cold. The wind was biting, we really just jumped out of the car and snapped some photos and ran back to the car and our heated seats. Yes, the weather can get pretty crazy in Iceland creating icy roads and poor visibility. There are one way bridges, reindeer and sheep to look out for. We set off on our ice climbing tour with Arctic Adventures grateful for the gorgeous weather! Marissa, Christine and I had no idea what to expect.
